I grew up in Australia, went to high school in Singapore, and then graduated from the UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television.

After living in the United States for over 20 years, I became an American citizen, and now call both countries "home".

I'm passionate about health and nutrition, storytelling, traveling, and learning new things. Every day is different in my world, and I really enjoy the variety.

Acting in theater, film, and TV; and voicing characters in video games and commercials is a lot of fun.

I also love to cook. There are 2 million people in The Blender Girl community. You can find tons of delicious recipes on my blog, and in my three cookbooks with Penguin Random House - The Blender Girl, The Blender Girl Smoothies, and The Perfect Blend.
