I have published three cookbooks with Penguin Random House: The Blender GirlThe Blender Girl Smoothies, and The Perfect Blend

The first installment, The Blender Girl was released on April 8th, 2014.

Containing 100 gluten-free, vegan recipes that can all be made in a blender, this book has a full repertoire of smoothies, cocktails, appetizers, soups, salads, main dishes, condiments, and desserts.

The last book in The Blender Girl series includes 100 recipes for smoothies, tonics, soups, salads, appetizers, snacks, main dishes, desserts, and condiments.

Each of the twelve chapters addresses specific health goals, such as gaining energy, optimizing protein intake, boosting immunity, losing weight, and reducing inflammation.

This book is anchored to a master list of nutrient-dense ingredients to help you achieve better health. There is a write up for each ingredient with practical information on their health benefits, and how to prepare, blend, and cook them for amazing textures and tastes.
