Tess has a wide variety of experience as a presenter: hosting children’s television shows, infomercials, and corporate events in Australia and in The United States. Her ability to effortless shift between Australian, British, and American dialects makes her extremely versatile.
When the beloved, long-running Australian show Here’s Humphrey needed an American host, Tess was chosen over many young hopefuls as Humphrey B. Bear’s co-host and “constant companion”, singing and dancing her way into the hearts of American pre-school children as part of the Someday School series that aired on PBS.
She also enjoyed working many times with the legendary Campbell McComas as a “guest speaker” for many corporate hoaxes.
In 2011, Tess presented a series of TV specials for the prestigious Ferrell Duncan Clinic that aired on the CBS affiliate network KOLR 10; and her alter-ego, The Blender Girl filmed a series of Chow Tips for CBS Interactive. Tess is scheduled to work on more projects with the Chow team in 2012.
Most recently, Tess teamed up with Vitamix, presenting all of the recipe and technique videos to be seen on their new website that will launch in June 2012.
